Shipping Options: Domestic Only
- Standard Shipping $8
- Free Local Pickup
- Express/Overnight may be available in some instances and will be granted on a case by case basis at management discretion
- Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled or modified until items have shipped. For questions or modifications, please email us at mamamadedesigncollc@gmail.com
- Returns: Returns may be accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. For more information, please visit our Return Policy page.
- Delayed Orders: In the case of delayed processing, customers may have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays, including due to inclement weather, do NOT fall under seller's liability. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier for an item's status.
- Lost or Damaged Items: Mama Made Design Co LLC in not held liable for lost/stolen or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please immediately photograph the damage and reach out to us at mamamadedesigncollc@gmail.com so that we may properly assist you with resolution through the carrier.

Disclaimer: The TSA (Travel Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US> As such, any unauthorized items for air shipping may require a different method resulting in altered shipping costs/timeframes.
